This is an interesting quote that I picked up this morning and is what the military commanders have been quoted as saying to North Korean leader Kim Jong Il. You can read the full article here. I noticed that Kim Jong was not joining in this chorus himself.
Additionally it appears that North Korea's nuclear test is imminent.
Japan's vice foreign minister said the test could come as early as this weekend, the anniversary of Kim's appointment as head of the Korean Workers' Party in 1997.
Yes, a celebration for a mad-man would be the explosion of his country's first nuclear bomb and an in-your-face attitude to the world, would it not?
So we have a very pivotal situation... North Korea getting ready to test its first nuclear weapon, Iran is watching the North Korean situation very carefully to see what happens as a consequence, and the World at the United Nations waffling on the wording of sanctions against Iran for continuing their quest for nuclear power and nuclear weapons.
If the world allow the North Korean despot to test his weapon, there will certainly be no stopping Iran from continuing research and ultimately the test of their own nuclear weapon.
The United Nations is showing that one, they have no ability to govern the nations of the world, and two, that they have no ability to enforce legislative actions composed by their own Assembly. Based on that information, we may as well close the United Nations building and send all the Ambassadors home as clearly we have situations here that call for governance and agreement and all we have gotten is hot air.
i think north korean have right to test nuke because west and israel have have thousands mwd arsenals which they intimidate the rest of the world with their nukes throught economics? which they punish each country through regime change economic sanctions such as esrael&u.s.a e.g palestinian which democratically elected government saying we will not recognised you unless you have to recongise us by force by which in reality esrael zionist terrorist state.there will be NO PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST UNLESS ESRAEL RETURN THE LANDS THE CAPTURES FROM PEACE LOVING ARAB STATES THEN THERE WILL PEACE AND JUSTICE . This is in response to the previous blogger. GET A LIFE and a GRIP! Since when has any conquered people who abandoned their land like the cowardly Palestinians did in 1947 get their lands back!! When I see you advocating for the Jews getting back all of the land and property that was stolen from them by the Europeans in World War II or from the Russians or from any of the regimes that have kicked Jews out of their homes, including the Egyptians and Arabs that initially kicked them from their original homeland thousands of years ago, I will listen to your ravings. At least the Jews were kicked out, they did not flee from their homeland like cowardly mice like the Palestinians! You go get the Jews back what they have lost and then I will support you and your posiition of getting the Palestinians back what they lost. The Jews lost it first! Be fair.... but then I am sure you are not saying what you are saying because you are "fair". You are saying it because you are a brainwashed bigot!

Since when are there peace-loving Arabs? How can you be peace-loving and then vow to die for the destruction of Israel! Arabs are the most ignorant and least introspective people on Earth. They continually slap themselves in the face and then accuse others of being the cause of their problems. If Arabs are so "peace-loving" why aren't the rich Arabs helping their fellow Arabs who have less than they do. Those rich Arabs have more than enough money to drive the economy of the Arab nations that are having severe civil strife and the rich Arabs have enough money to help and stabilize governments that are being desatabilized by political parties whose only agenda is to sow hate and discontent and preach that Arabs are not responsible for their pathetic standing in their own country and in the world. It is these groups that are the real enemy and Arabs need to recognize that and punish their own trouble makers.
