What Great Britain is doing is to provide universities guidelines on how to recognize Islamic Terrorism breeding cells and how to stop them. Not only are they doing that, but they are creating councils to watch Islamic youth group activities. Often, and even in the United States, Islamic youth groups have been fronts for terrorism recruiting. Often the messages given by guest speakers at youth groups will be radical in tone and focused on recruiting more faithful into embracing the radical extremist cause.
The United States needs to be watching and imitating these efforts to help stem the tide of general acceptance of radical messages within the Islamic youth movements and in university groups. We need to change young minds before they are poisoned with veiled messages that will ultimately lead to violence against innocent civilians. We can not tolerate groups actively recruiting members who are set on destroying the way of life for the majority of society.
