Shirin Ebadi on the Haleh Esfandiari Case
This is Haleh Esfandiari bes chance for help, the Iranian power lawyer Shirin Ebadi is on her case. Shirin Ebadi is a 2003 Nobel Prize winner and she is a power house. She is an advocate for change inside Iran that should be empowered by the world.
So far Iran has not been able to silence Shirin Ebadi due to her world popularity. I have read her biography and the woman has a testimony for the love for her country and for change in Iran that is truly unbelievable - she is a real Iranian hero.
So if the imprisoned Haleh Esfandiari has a chance, Shirin Ebadi will be the one to make it happen. In the meantime, Iran is refusing to let Shirin Ebadi see or talk to Haleh. She is currently being tortured er, I mean interrogated in the Evin Prison.
